Talk to people about Forehand Throw Tips PLZ.

Does anyone have any tips on how to throw Forehand, my backhand throw is pretty well developed but i would also like to throw forehand for emergency situations it seems that whenever i try i have to get lucky to get it right. Any information would be appreciated..

I suggest when learning to throw forehand keep your elbow close to your body and use your wrist more than your arm. You will be suprised how far you can throw just letting the disc come off your middle finger.
