bstapes says "The course layout is basically a 9 hole disc golf course designed in the available sections of woods surrounding two football fields.

The difficulty is a 4 out of 5 due to the tree lin
...morees being so close to the fairway on just about every hole. Also, the majority of the holes start you on a blind tee where you can't see the basket.

There is a beautiful creek that you have to throw over on a couple of the holes. This is the best part about the course! The creek is wide with a lot of huge flat rocks. You might want to cross through the water if you feel confident, but use your best judgement. No need to get hurt! (By the way, the dog loved it!)

The full service facilities are a bit of a hike located at the baseball fields, but there is a water fountain and temporary toilet next to the parking lot near the course.

Since the course is fairly difficult, I can't guarantee beginners to play and be very successful, but there isn't much of a crowd so it's a good place to learn the hard way without being a nuisance to other players on the course.

The reasons I rate this course an overall 4 out of 5 instead of a 5 of 5, is because it is only 9 holes long, it's not the most scenic park, and I saw a lot of poison ivy in the lush treelines which makes for a not so fun time finding dics. Since the course is so new, there are no trails into the woods to help you find lost discs either.

Otherwise, the course is well maintained, the baskets are new, each hole has a diagram, the park is pet friendly, it' free, and it's not busy!

Happy Discing!! WHODEY!!
