chriswoj says "Hedges Boyer Park has the potential to be one of the nicest courses in northwest Ohio. But right now that is all that it is: potential. It has a beautiful sign near the first tee-off point, it has gre...moreat tee-signs for all 19 holes.
The problems with the course: Although the tee-signs list pro/long tees... none are marked in any way, leaving you guessing. In addition there are no teepads yet, not even a marker to indicate the front of the teepad, whether or not you tee to the left or right of the sign... nothing.
The lines are imaginative and beautiful, the distances are varied perfectly, and there is even some elevation change thrown in throughout the middle of the course. It is worth checking out, for sure, with holes mostly of adequate distance (no real pitch-n-putts).
A fun challenge for pro-level players is to step off the distances for "pro" tee points and play from imaginative new tees for each hole, it works since every hole has a distance listed for the potential (soon to come?) pro tees....less"

jake says "I played this course for the first time yesterday. It starts out with a few wide open holes, then moves into a few wooded holes including one with a very tight fairway. The back nine is pretty open/...moreeasy with a few interesting elevated tees and tricky OB here and there. Scenery is beautiful and the course was well maintained. If they added better tees, I'd be much more willing to drive down to play this course. In contrast to the prior ratings, I was unable to find an available restroom, just a very disgusting port-a-loo. dandavis says "sweet course. lots of fun to play, somewhat technical many o.b's. Awesome family park swimming, tennis, all of the acessories."
photorob says "Hedges Boyer Park in Tiffin is only 1 1/2 years old and plays great. The 19 hole layout is carefully thought out to challenge you as you play. Elevation and water come into play on some holes while ho...morele 11, at 170 feet, is a target for many golfer’s first hole in one. Asphalt and water are out of bounds and Hedges has creek running through out and an asphalt walk way for walkers and runners. This has you thinking about the strength and direction or your throws. The tees are confusing for many. At least for right now. Cement pads are in the planning stages while the blue tees are periodiaclly marked off with paint. When ever the grass is mowed, and that is often, the blue tees have to be reapplied. Over all Hedges Boyer Park is a well kept, up and coming park that is very popular park with alot of activities besides disc golf. so watch out for the pedestrians....less"
