jonah says "It's only 9 holes and it seems to me that only locals play here. 5 out of the nine are more or less wide open. The course is only about 2 miles from my house so its a great place to practice shots. If...more you like having a course to yourself and wide open ground this is for you! The group of guys and gals that take care of this course have done a great job over the past few years....less"

chainsniper says "I'ts a little difficult to figure out where to go if it's your first trip out there. This 9 hole course was mostly wide open with a couple that were challenging. There really isn't too much to look ...moreat. You can let rip on most of the holes. Not bad if your already close. Enjoy....less"

gunthar says "this course makes surprisingly efficient use of a sparse tree line."

chefenstein says "play this course to practice your power. Mostly all open and long. 1st hole requires an s shape flight or it lost in thick completely unforgiving pricker bushes. 9 holes."

Guest says "I had a chance to play this course, and while I do not have much to add beyond the other comments here, I will say that given the terrain of the park (which is basically a jogging path next to an open...more field), the designer did what he could with the land there. There are few hazards, but the holes are longer and pro-parred. All in all, a good use of land that probably hasn't been in use for a long time.

Notes if you go...
- There is a construction project going on the east side of the course. Hole #1 starts to the left of it in the woods. The giant mud pit they are building comes into play on part of #8 and #9.
- Hole #5 is a 550' wide open hole, however, the pin for #7 is to the left and looks like it is the true #5. Don't believe it. Drive to the right.
- On hole #7, stay left. Coming across the tree line to the right is more difficult the further you drive.
- Hole #8 goes through a narrow clearing and although the tee sign shows woods, it really skirts the mud pit.
- Hole #9 flanks a drainage ditch on the left and the mud pit on the right. The mud pit is full of - you guessed it - mud. Try to keep it out of there.

I had played at Sims earlier in the day and this course complements that one quite well. Might be worth going to this one if you're going to the other one - about 10-15 minutes away.

jfish says "This course swings from very tight on the first few holes to wide open for the rest. Holes 1 and 2 require drives to thread into very tight gaps. Should your drive miss the gap, look forward to spen...moreding some time searching for your disc in thick bushes. Your alternative is to drop your drive out to the right and forget about any chance at par. Following these first couple holes, the course opens up entirely. Throw it as far as you can and trust that you will be able to make up for any mistake on your drive with an unimpeded approach shot. Tee on 7 is hard to find because the sign has been pulled up but it is between the basket for 6 and the street. Spent about 20 minutes looking for it. Natural tee boxes. Overall, when it's easy, it seems too easy and when it's challenging, it seems almost unfairly so....less"

aptriner says "A long nine hole course that is mostly open next to an airport."
