jerebrandjes says "I personally liked the course overall...
Nice open fairway holes were a plus......wooded holes kept it authentic.
Easy to lose discs in mishaps. Rough is kept fairly well in check.
...more A little too much emphasis on getting out of the woods onto the fairway, or vice versa.
A little confusion on pin placement and par levels, but had lots of open water facilities for filling bottles and such.
Can be lengthy in time due to being close to the road on some holes. (waiting for cars)
Worst attribute is the rough.
If you get in it....your in it.
Disc loss in the rough is a good 25%.
A lot of fun and great scenery.
Camping available....less"

(change of pin placement is nice and I could see if I lived there how it could help to kee...morep the course fresh) Only negitive for me and a fellow player that went with me was that we had a hard time finding tee pad for I believe it was hole 10. If in fact it was this hole then for new players to this course it is up the road to the left behind what looks like the parks building in the woods going up the hill. Wish someone had posted that before I played as we lost daylight by finding hole 12 and working our way back. Other then that it is a great course and if I can I hope to make it back to play again. If you are close to this course give it a throw and have fun....less"

ford398 says "This course was designed by one of the park rangers with the intent of challenging the participants. Job well done. For each of the 21 holes, there are five different basket positions and 2 differen...moret tee pads. There are maps for each hole at the tee pads, which also indicate which position the basket is in, but many of the holes seem longer than indicated. They have some of the hardest wooded holes I've ever seen; hole 10 tees off straight up a hill that's probably a good 100 feet tall at a 55 degree angle. But once you're up the hill, it's just another 150 feet to the left along the edge of the same hill. Tough stuff I tell you. By far the worst aspect is the tall grass fields that border most of the holes. You better keep an eye on your disc, or else bring a weedwacker. Pretty cool layout though, and no water hazards. Definitely worth the trip if you can make it out to this course in the boonies....less"
gdmyers says "This is by far one of the best courses in ohio. A super long course with lots and lots of fun holes. This course is the reason I got hooked on disc golf roughly 5 years ago. So many different types...more of shots, then the final 4 holes are super long just because they know your tired haha... watch out for the waterfall on the left, I've seen it swallow many discs...less"
friendofgeddy says "Forked Run is a great disc golf course!
It has everything you could ask for, 2 sets of large concrete tees, and 5 pin placements for each hole. Length ranging from pitch and putt "a" pins to e...morextremely long and challenging "e"pins. Many terrain changes, open, wooded, uphill, downhill.
Well trimmed and maintained fairways with high grass for rough that penalizes your errant throws appropriately. I gave it a 3 on the difficulty rating because it can vary so much depending on the pin setup. It is definitely a 5 on the longer pins.
It is a visual treat and fun to play.
A beautiful course and park....less"
