First tournament

I played in a nice little tournament in Winchester, VA, this past weekend and won 3rd place in the beginner division with a 70 (par 57). The guys running the tournament were able to raise a couple of hundred bucks for the local food bank with tournament entry fees and merchandise sales.

Sherando Park's disc golf course is my favorite place to play around here. If you're ever in the area, it's worth a stop - it's about an hour and a half west of Washington DC near the intersection of I-81 and I-66.
